Three routes to buy
NHS organisations buy in more than one way. Here is how each route works with us.
Direct from your trust
Most storage and handling orders sit below the value at which a trust has to advertise a tender. We send a written quote, you raise a purchase order, and we deliver against it.
Through a framework or procurement hub
Trusts also buy through collaborative hubs such as NOE CPC, NHS London Procurement Partnership, NHS Commercial Solutions and the East of England hub, and through NHS Shared Business Services.
Through NHS Supply Chain
NHS Supply Chain buys nationally on behalf of trusts. Furniture and related equipment sit in its Facilities and Office Solutions category.

Your order number on every invoice
Trusts work to "no PO, no pay". We quote your purchase order number on the delivery note and the invoice.
